About the space 

Set under an old brick archway on the Kent coastline, Archive takes design cues from Scandinavian architecture and traditional beach huts.  

The geometric forms contrast the vaulted ceiling and arched openings of the double-storey Victorian arch on Ramsgate's Royal Harbour.

The birch-ply enclosures were designed to create more intimate moments in a very generous space and draw from a seaside vernacular; beach huts and simple structures along the Kent coast, but also the intimate nature of Scandinavian cabins.

Our beautiful space is available for private hire. In the past, we have hosted private parties, book launches, exhibitions, filming and more. Of course, we also provide sumptuous catering and enough coffee to keep everyone going! Depending on the type event, a few espresso martinis or local beers might go down well.
